Hello,

We will try to help you in the best way possible. First of all it's sad to know, what you had been going through lately.Based on the history you have shared, you need to have an ENT specialist review and get the throat examined for local pathology like swollen tonsils or adenoids. Along with that deviates nasal septum or polyp needs to be ruled out. Local decongestants and anti-histamines can be used.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin,
